I've never made a mixed nut milk. I don't have brazil nuts, but I'll try mixing some walnuts or cashews in with the almonds. I've tried making rice milk, but don't care for it. I buy unsweetened organic silk for decaf coffee and tea and like oat milk on oats. I'll have to try making soy milk someday.
