I have also heard that...G8 post, thank you so much.<br />I have also heard that sometimes it is not the Calcium we need but rather the magnesium which being low is a cause for not only week bones but also stuff the lots of women generally suffer from pms, headaches, migraines, irritability, stress, anxiety etc <br />the odd thing is that most of us are usually low in Mg but don't even hear of it as most of lobbying is for calcium......and there is no such thing as a Mg overload which is sadly very easy with calcium.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
