So I reduced it to 12 commercial cloves. This reduced the calorie count for a 1/2 cup serving to 164 calories (I'll update the post) or for a 1/4 cup serving to 82. Seven baked chips would add an additional 110 calories.<br />As a sandwich filling, you would use less than 1/2 cup.Dr. Joanne L.
